Shipping policy

We deliver our products throughout mainland France, including Corsica and the French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM). Delivery is made to the address provided by the buyer. We offer several delivery options. These vary depending on the characteristics of the product purchased and the desired delivery location.
Our orders are shipped, at your convenience, via Chronopost or Colissimo for deliveries within mainland France, including Corsica and the DOM-TOM, and via FedEx or UPS for the rest of the world. Delivery costs vary depending on the delivery method and the carrier. If you already have a personal or business account, please let us know.
Deliveries in France and the Principality of Monaco:
Chronopost Express delivery times are: 2 business days for any order placed and confirmed before 1 p.m. on a business day*, - 3 business days for any order placed and confirmed after 1 p.m. on a business day.

Colissimo delivery times are: 3 business days for any order placed and confirmed before 1 p.m. on a business day; 4 business days for any order placed and confirmed after 1 p.m. on a business day. For Corsica: 3 business days for any order confirmed on a business day. *Business days include Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Deliveries to Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain, and Sweden: FedEx® Express delivery times are: 3 business days for any order placed and confirmed before 1 p.m. on a business day; 4 business days for any order placed and confirmed after 1 p.m. on a business day. FedEx Express deliveries may take place from Monday to Saturday.

Deliveries to Germany, Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Austria, Czech Republic, Finland, Denmark, and Poland: UPS Standard delivery times are: 5 business days for orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM on a business day; 7 business days for orders placed and confirmed after 1:00 PM on a business day.
UPS Express Saver delivery times are: 1 business day for orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM on a business day; 3 business days for orders placed and confirmed after 1:00 PM on a business day.

UPS Express delivery times are: 1 business day for orders placed and confirmed before 1:00 PM on a business day; 3 business days for orders placed and confirmed after 1:00 PM on a business day.
