Delivery and returns
DELIVERY
Delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer depending on the characteristics of the product and the place of delivery. These delivery costs are subsequently communicated to you during the ordering process (see “Delivery method” section).
For deliveries outside France and the European Union, customs duties of up to 15% of the total (product prices + delivery) may be charged to you by the carrier before you can collect the package.
